Pushkar is the only place on this earth, which houses a Brahma temple. There is an interesting legend attached to the temple. Devotees from all across the world come to this temple to take blessings of the Lord. Take a dip in the holy Pushkar lake as it is believed that the holy water of the lake rids one of their sins.

Temples, Lake and Ghats

Pushkar city is held in high esteem by the Hindus as it is one of their famous pilgrimages. There are around 400 temples and 52 bathing ghats in this city. And this is the only place in the world that has a temple built in honor of Lord Brahma, the creator of Srishti(creation). It is believed that a dip in the sacred Pushkar lake at the city blesses one with good fortune.?
